Thanks MrChips,
I have added the google location for the box juction. It is meads lane junction with Norfolk Rd.
The video evidence is also complete and as per the footage from the council.

Regarding the location, is it a must requirement to have the exact location specified and do we have any precendence that we can use in this regard?
For the possibility of moving forward, the car did stop in the junction for the period of time with no room to exit the junciton due to the car in front so not sure if anything can be said about that.

Some time ago, i heard about the validity of these box junctions as well that they need to be of specific size/dimension and need to cover certain area with edges alined with the edge of the road etc.. Not sure if those are still valid to persue..

Thanks

Dear Experts,
We got a ticket from Redbridge council for entering and stopping in a box junction (31J).

The PCN and evidence details are as below:

Understand that it was a slip but wanted to check with the experts if there is any reasonable ground/change to contest this one?

Thanks,
So no need to specify any more details in terms of what I was doing over there regarding boarding/alighting etc?

I will send it out and will keep you posted.

Dear Forum Members,

I have got a PCN for 54J Failing to comply with restrictions in a pedestrian zone for East Street barking.
Was planning to pay up today (being the last day for the discount) when I noticed from the evidence that I was right at the border of the signage of pedestrian zone, so wanted to check with the experts on the forum if there is any ground for appeal in this case (things like de minimus etc).

I have attached the PCN details and the council evidence (pictures + video) as well as good street view showing the exact location of the signage and that I parked right next to it (not well beyond – not sure if it does make a difference though).

I know it’s the last moment but any help and advice would be really appreciated.

PS: Am I right in assuming that if I appeal within the 14 days, I would still get an option to pay the discounted price even in case of rejection?
