Your description covers perfectly what happened.

This road has white lines for the parking bay all across. The first few meters are RR. Without a clear sign, it seems the same as the rest of the road.

Is a sign the wrong way not enough to dismiss a ticket?

I parked for some time in a side road which has a CPZ only in the morning. When I returned to my car I saw the ticket, I then looked around and noticed the twisted sign. I took some pictures to prove this.

In my challenge I wrote that the signage was improper, I sent pictures to prove my claim. All the pictures are in the google drive. I didnt manage to upload as a inline message

The reason of rejection is that the officer is a witness. I am not sure how this answers my claim that the sign was the wrong way.

I am not sure what "does the order provide the prohibition" refers to.

I received this PCN while parked in a bay with white markings. The bay had a sign that its a red route where only loading is permitted during the hours of 7am to 7pm.

The sign was turned around, therefore I did not notice this.

I have sent in a formal representation with pictures showing the sign turned away, I also stated that the picture the officer took clearly shows the building on the other side of the road in the background. This was rejected.

I now need to apply to london tribunals. Could anyone advise me if I should go myself or just do it via the post, and how exactly to put my claim so it should be accepted.

I am attaching a link with documents.
