#2 Red Light & Speed Camera

Hello Everyone,I have a NIP for speeding across one of the dreaded traffic lights that uses the red light camera as a speed camera ( 3 white lines across the junction)49mph in a 40mph zone - A127 Southend.No photographic evidence was provided with the NIP. I am unsure if I was doing the alleged speed although 49mph is not fast on a dual carriageway.I assume I will have to respond to the NIP but can I request/demand sight of the photographic evidence that would have been used to calculate my alleged speed ?Many thanks for your help.Steve
