Civil penalty charge notices (Councils, TFL and so on) / Greenwich council PCN for suspended bay

I received a PCN for a bay suspension but despite looking up at the sign and thinking it was OK genuinely didn’t notice the sign below which is not usual for me. I would appreciate knowing if the sign for suspension is adequate and if I could challenge it. Images will not attach unfortunately. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
