Civil penalty charge notices (Councils, TFL and so on) / LBR PCN - Parked without payment
« on: August 17, 2024, 05:43:09 pm »Strange one. Displayed ticket on vehicle. Seems like the Officer didn't visibly see the ticket but it part of it does show in officer's picture. The officer would have seen this clearly when applying the PCN on the car.
After PCN was applied the officer was hanging around and was shown the displayed ticket but decided to walk off.
Appealed rejected by council.
