Hi there,I received a PCN for using the bus lane on Cambridge Heath Rd E2, I was coming from the the cemetery after burying my cousin’s son that day and was in a hurry to drop off my cousin and then to go an pick up my mum from London hospital as she had finished her dialysis and was waiting, i did not realise the bus lane and my cousin said it was a bus lane and I quickly then moved into the right lane which could be seen in the video. I received the PCN today and is dated 02/02/26 and the 14 days time is over. Hi there,Police came from a side road holding a speed gun and stopped for speeding.The officer let go of the other driver of the vehicle in front and side of me did not stop them.He said I was doing 36 in a 20 zone, and asked for my details and said I will receive a letter for prosecution, I asked him my he or his colleague did not stop the other drivers, he just said I was on the left lane and would not say anything else.This happened on 28/9/25 and I received the letter today 19/1/26 dated 14/1/26.Can anyone offer any advice on this pleaseThanks

How can I get something from AnE when they don’t give anything they just send you home after that’s what happened when I was in, so I don’t think they gave them anything,

How about something like this I am making formal representations against the Notice to Owner because the PCN contains an error. The PCN states that I was at Maples Place. However, my vehicle was parked on Cavell Street, which is a different location.Because the PCN does not correctly say the location of the where I was parked.As a result, the PCN is invalid, the contravention did not occur, and the PCN and the Notice to Owner must be cancelled.
