I have received the rejection notice last week. I did reverse out but not in the video above.

Do you think it is possible to still appeal or I will not make a case and should just pay the fine?

Hi,

I'm sorry for not getting back to you sooner. I haven't received the notice of rejection. They said they would reply within 21 days from the date of representation which should be next Friday.

The date of alleged contravention is 12/7/24. I received the notice on 18/7/24.

Here, I attached the other pages that came together with the PCN, which is for representation.

Hi,

I received PCN (JK11771906) on 17/7/24 for alleged contravention. I realised my mistake after a while and immediately reversed out of the street. I saw a similar post https://www.ftla.uk/civil-penalty-charge-notices-(councils-tfl-and-so-on)/luton-pcn-contravention-code-01-parked-in-restricted-street-during-prescribed-ho/?prev_next=prev#new on the forum and sent an appeal as advised in that post.

This is what I've written : I challenge liability based on de-minimis: as the video recording you have on hand, I realised my mistake and immediately reversed out. I did not therefore gain any advantage over other motorists and no traffic management purpose would be served by enforcing this PCN.

I hope you could advise me further.
