Private parking tickets / Re: Euro car park fine
« on: November 28, 2024, 01:53:26 pm »
It has been recieved by the lease company who will then forward it to drivers company. They always send it out to the fleet manager as a heads up before transferring liability to the company. When it comes through to the company should it then be OK to appeal using your draft but on behalf of the company (have permission to do so)

Private parking tickets / Euro car park fine
« on: November 28, 2024, 10:39:47 am »
Hi all. Hirer recieved fine for parking at euro car parks retail park. 4.5 hours parking time between 7.30 and 22.30. Hirer  arrived for work at 7.07 left at 9.36. Before above hours drivers are only permitted to park for 10 minutes. Recieved pcn and on picture of entry reg is not visible at all not even one letter. What is the best course of action for this?

Drove back down yesterday and I'm sure it was facing the other way and sure I've seen the same one on opposite carriageway actually moving

Possibly going over speed limit. It drops to 50 for about 2 miles where just this one camera is before roadworks start and then goes into an average speed check zone with the usual TASCAR at that point I was well below 50 its just this camera that was present beforehand

Hi does anyone know what the cameras are on the m42, can't find a pic off Google maps, they're yellow and two cameras sit on top and they rotate. There are also cctv type ones painted yellow but it's the ones that you can see physically rotating that I'm wondering about. Thanks in advance

Reading that should complain to BPA but doing so would give away drivers details. Is this a problem?

Havnt heard anything else until today company informed they've recieved an increase fine of £170 from debt collectors with further action threatened. Not sure where to go with this now?
