I really thought that the evidence that was put forward would of had this ended by now. The council have definately got a certain Mindset!

Good afternoon, Can i please have some advice on the following https://flic.kr/s/aHBqjASqgKFirst time i've driven around Bristol or an area with a CAZ. I attempted to enter Cabot Circus carpark without entering the CAZ. (i beleive it can be done?) Unfortunetly, i failed and entered the CAZ for about 50 metres to which it then ended as i entered the Cabot Circus Carpark. Is Cabot Circus Carpark discussed often, with it straddling the CAZ?
