Hi

The front wheels were in the DYL yes. I’d say half the car was the back wheels weren’t.

Hi,

Thanks for the information.

Not sure what you mean by reps sorry?

And yes I have got the two roads mixed up i've got two tickets ongoing from that same morning! It was on Bruyn road - see GSV: https://maps.app.goo.gl/uRvbrxpoZe6yT8296

The car was leased through the employer and the lease company is Lease Plan UK.

Hi,

My one space that is dedicated for our home is in the flats area so I let them park in here its just easier for my nan than trying to cross that road as we are right on the corner and people hoon it round there.

yes there are about 4 spaces almost opposite of where I live on that road and they were all full so I stuck it on the end of the cars just into the double yellows. They were about an hour early, my grandad rang me when he pulled into the flats and I came down my keys moved the car told them to park up and I helped them with their things.

The other occupier of the flat isn't really relevant for this post as his vehicle was not anywhere near any of this, unless I'm missing something...

Is this GSV link okay, my car was basically where the red car was but just on the double yellows.

Yes this is ticket number 2 in total from the same day! This is my partner's lease car from work which was being collected the next morning. Car was on the end of double yellows do we have any grounds to appeal this as we were not the registered keeper of this vehicle? There is no where to park around here hence the 2x double yellows :(

TIA

My grandparents were visiting for the day, my nan has severe dementia and is registered blind (obviously is the passenger). I gave them my only space I have at my flats and parked on the road as they arrived sooner than expected I left it there for no longer than 30 mins. I was not blocking any entrances, on a bend or in a dangerous spot at all I just was one extra car parked on the front of a 3 other cars (these were not on the double yellows). People park where I park ALL the time as it isn't in the way of anything (obviously I appreciate the rule for double yellows exist regardless of opinion). Just seems ironic now its summer and they can make some money I am the one who gets the ticket right outside my home so I can help the one time  nan is visiting...

Any advice to appeal this would be greatly appreciated.
