Private parking tickets / Regent Parking

Hi,
Regent Parking, Solutions Lab, CSB Solicitors, DCBL.... GS Charter Place, Hounslow
Please advise! I have read numerous conflicting things online.. Just need some clarity please. I am the registered keeper (not driver) and received a fine in January as a private hire vehicle dropping off passenger in Charter Place for 19mins. I have followed online advice, submitted an appeal which was rejected. I was too late to appeal through POPLA. I am now receiving numerous bailiff debt collection letter, so far from three different companies. The fine is now £170. I complained to 'Charter Place' and they said it is too late to overturn the fine as it was in January. My argument is the driver was unloading a new resident at Charter Place. I would still like to get this overturned directly with the landowner as, as I understand I am now in the limbo stage where I must wait for the point of claim form before court, then act? Please if anyone has any advice, I do not want this affecting my credit rating but equally think it's unfair to pay £170, it's really stressing me out!!
