Hi, This is a continuation of the discussion that started on the old forums.(https://web.archive.org/web/20230924012646mp_/http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showtopic=142052&st=0).Summary:Date of parking: 25.08.2021Date of PCN: 01.11.2021Date of response 25.11.2021So on 25.11.2021 I (registered keeper) responded to the PCN by giving them the drivers version of events and also supporting evidence that I was not the driver.I have had no correspondence from them until I received the attached. Seems they have passed this on to a debt collections agency.Have I exhausted all avenues of appeal at this point? [ Guests cannot view attachments ]

Hi, A long shot this one.Driver paid cash at machine and then stupidly forgot to actually take the ticket out of it before leaving the area.Also didn't tell me about it until after the 14 day discount period!Any grounds for appeal at all?Many thanks

Yes I simply meant which way to appeal i.e phone, letter or online.I did it online in the end. There was a yes / no button asking if I was the driver of which I selected no.I was expecting them to make it sneaky but it was quite prominent during the process.
