Have you submitted your driving licence details?

Is this related to the NIP that was sent to the company at no. 19 instead of no. 9.

Yes, same NIP

2 drivers were driving the vehicle between 2 locations on the day making 12 return trips.

Neither driver knew who was driving at the specific time of the offence.

After numerous letters to get this across, each time another "Requirement for Driver Information" was received.

Finally decided which driver would accept the offence, completed the 3rd RfDI form and added notes that it was not
an admission of offence but that we understood somebody had to be charged

Conditional Offer received and paid but then noticed that there was no page 5

So, seems we just have to accept the 2nd part and submit the form to accept the endorsement

Received a Conditional Offer of Fixed Penalty

Paid the fine online but then noticed an error on the paperwork

"If you wish to accept the Conditional Offer of Fixed Penalty, please read and follow the instructions on pages 2 and 3 of this document.

The penalty amount is fixed at £100 and your driving licence will be endorsed with 3 penalty points.

Please note that to accept the offer of fixed penalty you must be able to comply with ALL of the conditions set out on pages 4 and 5"

Page 1 - is the Conditional Offer
Page 2 - How to make a Fixed Penalty Payment
Page 3 - Submission of driving licence details
Page 4 - Terms & Conditions of the Conditional Offer

Page 5 does not exist

Is there anything that can be contested?

So it states I must be able to comply with ALL conditions on pages 4 and 5 but

Just checked

Should have realised when the V5C arrived a few months ago but address on V5C is incorrect too  ::)

Company is registered keeper but slight address anomaly

Received what I'm sure is a NIP (google of the sender postcode shows it's from a specific Police agency ) but unsure whether to open envelope as it is addressed incorrectly.

Addressed to a company at No 19 but the actual address is 9.

Diligent postie ensured it was posted to the correct address  ::)

Not sure we have even been in that specific county within the last month.

Would best approach be to return to sender unopened and marked unknown at this address?
