Wow, did not know all this.
Knowing my company and the person who deals with the letters, she would have given me up on the first sign of me ignoring it.
She is literally emailing me every Monday asking me if they accepted my appeal or if im going to pay.

You are correct, I replied to the "Parking Charge Notice" as myself revealing my ID. Its my first ticket where I thought i had the right to fight. This is only the second notice i got in years, the other I just paid and was done with due to forgetting to pay for a ticket.

Once i IDed myself I got the letter attached above. No NTH or NTK or anything.

I went to visit my uncle.
While I was looking for parking I did not really thing of where I am parking, ended up parking at the Circle Meriden hospital.
Patient was at University hospital. This is in Coventry.

At exit I paid for my time there but when I entered my reg I had to select the time manually due to not being found on their system. I didnt think much of it as I was elsewhere with my mind.

A couple weeks later I received a ticket saying I owe 100£ or 60£ if i pay within 14 days.
I sent them the evidence of payment and received another email saying I parked at the wrong site. The site I parked on is for that hospital only.

I am sure I read the signage and nothing hinted at that being the case. however I wasn't in the right mindset and I could be mistaken.

the vehicle is my company car, its on lease to the company i work(Not my company) for and I am a registered driver.

When appealing i gave them my full details.

What would I have to do here now? Is there a chance I can win this at all?

Or

Can I just ignore this without extra charges being tacked on and end up paying 3x the amount?
