#5 Ealing Borough 53J failing to comply with restriction on vehicles entering a pedestrian zone

Morning all,I require some advice, now that this has escalated to the baliffs. I received the pcn 8 days after the contravention. I misplaced this, a few months later realised I had taken a photo. I am very familiar with this area. This is a recent restriction and I simply did not realise the time, as I would usually be work. I entered the zone at 1503, the restriction is from 245-345. I asked the concil if i could pay the oringinal amount. They refused and said that it has now been passed to the debt collectors.
