Hi allJust a quick update to say that I got a reply from Islington council and they have indeed cancelled the PCN  "Penalty Charge Notice No. IZ30535150 Date of Issue 28/05/2024 at 15:28Location of Contravention Bath Street [Zone C]Thank you for contacting us about the above Penalty Charge Notice (PCN).The PCN was issued because the vehicle was parked wholly or partly in a suspended bay orspace.I have noted your correspondence and the evidence available, and I can confirm, we aresatisfied that the signage did not have information displayed at the time the vehicle had beenleft parked.This PCN has now been cancelled, you do not need to take any further action and there isno need to reply to this correspondence.Please be advised that we consider all cases individually, and so other PCNs issued insimilar circumstances may not be cancelled."Thanks for the advice everyone.

Thanks for the advice, yeah I took the pictures because I was worried about this exact issue! But on reflection I wasn't sure whether them just having the yellow sign up means that the bay is disabled regardless of there being no start or end date.I will submit an appeal online tomorrow and see what they come back with.Thanks!

I took my elderly father to Moorfields Eye Hospital and parked in a parking bay that has the "suspended parking" yellow sign up but with no start or end date. It was just a blank white paper (see images)I paid for the parking as normal via the RINGO parking app at 1:57pm but when I came back after the alloted 2 hours I found a PCN attached to my windscreen and somone in the meantime had updated the sign to include the start and end date of the suspension.My question is whether a suspension is in force if there is no start and end date/time? Have they got me bang to rights?
