At the court hearing just before Christmas, they said because I changed my address for my bank I should have done it on the log book too. They issued a £800 fine which I said I couldn't afford, low paid job and 6 points. I ended up defaulting now I have bailiffs and discovered I now have 12 points, but not banned. The didn't say they would add another 6.

Meanwhile I've been a victim of fraud and discovered someone used my name and address for their car insurance and got some speeding tickets on a car I don't even own. Cleared up with the Police now but I'm wondering if the second lot of points came from that. Yes it's going to take a it of unwinding.

Thea reason I didn't see the post was because I was out of the country for over a year and forgot to change the log book address, for which I received a fine and points.

Yes my details were  are correct.
So I can't do anything about it only pay or try to take back to PCN. If I do what's the likelihood of them being lenient as I was dropping of a disabled person.

When I first pulled up I didn't see the warden. I started unloading. As it takes a moment to get the walker out of the boot they immerged when I was in that process. So the time it took my wife to take it out and get my MIL out they issued the PCN. before I was able to drive off

Hi all.
Wondering if you can help. I dropped my disabled mother in law off in town. My car doesn't have. Blue badge. I was parked for literally 2 minutes and the traffic warden stood there behind the car where I couldn't see them and took the details. He could see she was disabled too, she walks with a walker.

I don't recall receiving the PCN either.
Can I do anything at this stage?

Hi all. I received 6 points on my licence and a £1000 fine for not disclosing the driver of a vehicle. They were the other insured driver. They were speeding, I was asked to disclose who was driving and I didn't because I was out today the country and never received the mail. What can I do? I've had the statuary agreement OKayd now waiting to go to court to reassess.

Hi. Is it possible to get points removed from my licence for non disclosure? The letter went to my old address as I was out of the country and it was for a parking offence he committed. The second registered driver admits full responsibility.

Hi All. I have another insured driver on my car and they received a parking ticket they didn't pay, I didn't know. To cut a long stay short this has resulted in me getting a CCJ as the registered owner. What can I do?
