Hey, Really appreciate this forum and what you guys do to help people. My case:I was driving my car to a garage as the power steering had blown. It was extremely hard to drive my car at the time and I did not know that road was in fact restricted during that time.Is there anything I can do to appeal this charge? I was extremely stressed that morning due to the car breaking and I’m currently being made redundant and getting married next week.
