Here are the remaining pages of the PCN.

I’ll also try and get round there to look at the signs this week. Getting married on Sunday so I may struggle!

Hey,


Really appreciate this forum and what you guys do to help people.


My case:
I was driving my car to a garage as the power steering had blown. It was extremely hard to drive my car at the time and I did not know that road was in fact restricted during that time.

Is there anything I can do to appeal this charge? I was extremely stressed that morning due to the car breaking and I’m currently being made redundant and getting married next week. So plenty going on and this on top of everything else was really overwhelming.

Not sure if I even have a case to appeal here but would be grateful for any advice.
