Hi there, I was surprised to have received this PCN. On the day that this pcn was issued, when I tried to pay at the machine, at first the machine didn't recognise my vehicle and I was unable to pay, but after a few attempts, it recognised my vehicle and asked for me to pay the £10 parking charge. I paid as usual, and the machine displayed that I paid and I can now leave.After receiving this pcn, I checked my bank statement, and saw that payment was taken, however, only the day later. When contacting my bank, they said they can see that payment was declined on 24/07 but was then taken on 25/07. So it seems that there was something wrong with their machines that day. I also typed in my mobile number in order to get 5% off my next parking visit but never received the sms. I imagine there was something off with their machines. Additionally, I've tried to appeal this PCN since the moment I received it and I constantly get an 'error' message. I contacted the about the appeal and error issue but they never replied. Is their a regulation company I can report these scammers to? Such behaviour cannot be allowed to run freely. A link to the attachments:https://imgur.com/a/WkDtqne

There were no spaces at all. There was a car in the bay when I parked but to my bad luck he must've left when I walked out.What kind of reps do I need to provide. It was more a personal delivery to an elderly (unless a signed latter by the old woman would help)?

I've been served a penalty for failing to comply by entering a zone with a prohibition for motor vehicles.I was driving on a Thursday afternoon at 2pm.As can be seen on the pictures provided by the council that the main sign of warning is on the right hand side. I find that very misleading as it should've been placed on the left hand side (imagine a bus driving through on the other side, that would make the sign not visible)There's a sign on the left hand side a bit further along but that's already after the contravention has been recorded.Is there anyway I could fight this?https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Cw0YVxbIUY [ Guests cannot view attachments ]
