Good Morning,So today I received a reply to my PCN appeal which I sent to them in 2022. I genuinely thought the appeal had been received and the fine had been dismissed.So regarding the fine:1. I paid the fine using my bank card on the day and their system sent the £8 charge back to my bank account. see attached photo of my account.2. They sent the fine to an old address so I didn't receive it within 28 days.3. They have now taken at least a full year to respond to my appeal and sent this again to an old address. I only know about this as they also emailed me a copy which clearly has my old address on it again. I stated clearly within the appeal that this was an old address.What are my grounds for going against this. It all feels ridiculous as I did pay the fine and they had an admin mistake which has led to the PCN. [ Guests cannot view attachments ]
