I think we need to clarify what is actually happening here. You say that 'bailiffs' are after you, but from your account of things, this seems very unlikely. Your account of events suggests that the matter has not yet gone to court, which means the people contacting you, presumably just by post(?), are debt collectors, nothing more. Can you show us an example letter?

If it is debt collectors, don't engage with them, they are not interested in conversation, only payment.

What correspondence, if any, have you had directly with the parking company?

Excuse my ignorance.. yes it's debt collectors not bailiffs.

I have not been able to contacted the car park company (Euro Carparks), they say I must contact them with a letter.

I've attached the most recent letter I received from them.

To summarise the situation:
2021:
Paid for a ticket at a car park for the weekend.
Came back to my car on the Sunday, my number plates had been stolen and next to my car was another set of plates for a car that matched the description of mine (same make and colour, checked on DVLA site). I have photos of both my car without plates and the plates I found next to it.
Contacted police immediately to tell them my plates were stolen and drove home.
2022:
Bailiffs come for me (letters) saying that the car park says I left and re-entered the car park (which I definitely did not do), therefore violating the terms of the car park. I explain the situation and then they back down and it goes away.
Side note - The car park had sent fine notices to my previous address, I hadn't updated my address on DVLA I believe.
March 2024:
I get another set of bailiffs coming for me - I explain situation, they say Eurocar Parks are demanding a completed police crime report. I have contacted the police for this who say it could take a month to receive this report.
I am concerned that there will be no such report as when I rang the police they said that this probably wasn't going to be looked into as there was no CCTV looking at where my car was parked.
Hopefully I get a report back and that finally settles this but if I don't I'm worried I won't have a leg to stand on (despite being the victim of a crime and literally doing nothing wrong (I BOUGHT A TICKET))
The fine they are demanding is £180 but I really don't want to pay as I have done nothing to deserve this. This is starting to stress me out though as the last thing I want is to get a CCJ or end up having to pay a massive fine + potential legal fees if I lose in court.
