Free Traffic Legal Advice

On 14/01/22 the driver went to Cardinal Retail Park in Ipswich to go to the cinema (the cinema at this location validates your parking which is even stated on the Cineworld website), so the driver went in to the cinema and got this validated, watched the film, then proceeded to leave the car park. I, the registered keeper then received a PCN to my old address (this was my fault as I did not change this on my V5) as this went to my old address I have only recently found out about this when I got a call from ZZPS last week and it was now being handed over to QDR Solicitors.

Please advise on what I can do (if anything), in the middle of buying a house and would rather not have this affect anything.
