Why not?
We could all do it.
Alongside helping gmoney with their PCN.

I am willing to to put my credentials, such as they are, on the line.

The Harman decision is dreadful; the Vignoli decision is appalling.
In respect of the OP’s PCN, ‘Meantime Brewery’ is not a road. Therefore it can’t be named as a road forming a junction between two or more roads. The area is clearly a managed entrance to an industrial site with associated car parking.
The video of the OP’s brief stop late at night shows (as does the Siteglass PCN during the morning) that at the time the gates were closed. The OP’s video ends before the OP exits the box.
We saw similar cases in PePiPoo days. Could TMOs help re the status of the ‘roads’ involved?

Its not just you.

I experience the same issue. All carriage returns disappear in Preview.

As you say, seems there is a Preview glitch.

When you tell Richmond that their photographic evidence shows your vehicle was in Pembrooke Villas, not 'The Green’  and therefore the alleged contravention did not occur I suggest you also include a photo of the street sign  ‘Pembrooke Villas’  which is alongside 1 Pembrooke Villas:

Preferably put the challenge and any pics in a single PDF

The Department for Transport’s consultation on minimum number of hours tuition etc for learner drivers closes on 11 May 2026. So just a few days left to take a look and have your say about:

Introducing a minimum number of supervised practical driving hours.

Creating a mandated learning syllabus.

The ways that any required learning could be conducted.

Well done Mick.

The Department for Transport is seeking views on introducing mandatory requirements that learner drivers must meet (such as minimum number of hours of tuition/practice) and a minimum time period between passing a theory test and taking a practical driving test for a standard car licence.

The aim is to introduce a structured approach that gives learners more time to increase their competence and experience before taking a test.

The associated questionnaire also poses the question as to whether mandatory requirements should also apply to those who lose their licenses?

The consultation closes on 11 May 2026.
