Regent Parking- Parking PCN- No valid Permit- GS Charter Place, Hounslow
The driver entered the area from the front road entrance where there was no signage for parking. The driver had parked the car near the entrance in front of an apartment and stayed inside the car with hazard indicators on while the passenger had gone to do their task. The PCN I received states that the registered keeper is liable for a parking charge as they stayed inside for the duration of 33 minutes, although there was no parking sign and the driver did not park, they were only waiting where there were no waiting or parking restrictions marked.
