When I logged onto the autopay account it wasn't showing up. But I know I added it after making the one off payment for driving on the 14th. I added it onto my autopay account. So last night when I logged on and checked the new registration wasn't showing up so I then added it again. It is now on there as it's showing up on there when I log on. I know I have until the 14th to send a representation to them.

Hi,

I recently changed my vehicle registration to a private plate and updated my TFL Auto Pay account on 15/02/2025. However, it is not reflecting on the website. Unfortunately, I had a similar issue previously, and I regret not taking a screenshot as proof of the update.

On 14/02/2025, before updating Auto Pay, I entered the Congestion Charge Zone and paid for a single entry. Afterward, I added the vehicle to Auto Pay. However, I have now received nine Penalty Charge Notices.

I wanted to check if anything can be done to resolve this so that I can pay the original congestion charge instead of the penalties.

Hi

Guess I'll have to cough up on this one but lesson learnt if it happens again.

If there's anyone else having a similar issue, make sure you do the appeal on the form when you receive it - not sure how i missed that bit looking back 😅

When Hippocrates mentioned tribunal I was under the impression I had to wait for court letters similar to private parking PCNs.

I messed up on this one and misunderstood the steps.

Where is the Charge Certificate? Did you appeal as already asked? You clearly received a NOR
Also sorry I didn't see the reply previously before I posted the last letter from Lewisham.
Nothing had happened in between my last 2 posts. I did post the notice of rejection already further up, I don't know why it's not showing up, I tried to follow the forums new way of posting images using imgbb. I'll do it again here, hopefully this is OK. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Yes, that's right but I had a pcn before and I must have missed the 1 letter out of loads where they actually announced the court then next thing I know I had a ccj but I was in the position which I needed to buy my current car and the finance for it and other things were so time sensitive I couldn't risk the CCJ being there when I got credit checked. So I just had to swallow and cough up the the £260 to clear it straight away.

Hi,

I was away so just going through my letters and saw this one from Lewisham, they have to notify me when they want to take me to court? Not just hit me with a CCJ right?

2. I enclose a screenshot of the current status quo concerning payment and refer you to Case no 2240362722 in this regard. The date re increase is clearly wrong and flies in the face of the law.

3. Finally, I make a collateral challenge against the wording of the PCN which "acts as notice to owner" which is a conflation of two legislations and, considering the inclusion of a considerable part re 56 days etc - this belongs to parking legislation - it is perfectly reasonable to expect you to include the grounds of appeal from that legislation in addition.

In light of the above

I receieved a PCN from NSL who work on behalf of lewisham for partially stopping in a box junction my rear 2 wheels. I just wondered if there was any way to get out of this?
