The magistrates are required not to let you avoid having your licence revoked by giving you a ban. For 61 in a 30 at least 6 points, and thus licence revocation, are am almost certainty

....getting three points on his licence brings him to 50% of the way to having his licence revoked.
43 mph in a 30 mph speed limit is 4-6 points not 3.

« on: July 05, 2024, 05:44:24 pm »Even just yesterday i saw someone get flashed, they must have been doing 24 on that road based on my speed. It's right by tower hill station i think it makes them a lot of money.24 is the guideline speed for the start of enforcement. The cameras don't make money people speed does.
