Civil penalty charge notices (Councils, TFL and so on) / PCN for parking on Bowes Road, N11. Haringey Council

I parked with my bumper over a electric car charge box and received a Penalty Charge Notice. I have tried to pay on the TFL website but it does not recognize my PCN # and my Vehicle Registration Mark. What do i do?
The Date of Service of Notice was 13/03/2024 and now it is 18/03/2024 and still it does not show up in the system.
I called up the hotline and they were not able to locate this PCN for me either and provided a reference number incase it goes past the 14 days. The advice was to keep checking and wait for the system to update.
PCN was a receipt that was stuck on my windscreen.
