I recently received a Penalty Charge Notice from Redbridge Council for allegedly stopping in a yellow box junction. However, the still image provided with the notice does not appear to be accurate. The photo shows my vehicle within the box, but in reality I was positioned a few feet away on the line of the junction.
I have two questions:
1: Is the ticket legally valid if the evidence provided is not a true reflection of where my vehicle was?

2: If the evidence is inaccurate, is there a formal way to raise a complaint or challenge this, as it could otherwise be considered misleading or even deceptive.

If I register the appeal without detail how long will I have to submit?

Ok I’ve been back to the area and there is no signage at the start of Mildway Road. Hopefully this goes in my favour?

Appeal not registered as yet desperately trying to find original pcn. I will go back the area to see the signs and report back

Our route came from the A123 we took a left into Bedford Road and then because of the one way systems followed it down and left into Woodlands Road. Then first left into Albert Road and the onto Mildway Road on the right hand side.
No signs on the google map but I don’t think images are upto date

The original ticket placed on my car I no longer have. Notice to owner and notice of rejection attached in link

Question:
Can a local authority enforce parking restrictions on parts of a road that don’t have yellow lines or any road markings?

Specifically Mildway Road ilford, Redbridge https://www.instantstreetview.com/@51.557045,0.075528,306.98h,-21.35p,3.35z,6w_E_WJdnvL6_c5k6RULEg

I was parked within a residents’ parking zone, but not in a marked bay or on any of the double yellow lines, and I didn’t have a permit. Since it was Easter Sunday, I believed parking would be free, but I still received a PCN.
Are restrictions still enforceable in this situation, even without road markings?
Any insights or examples would be really helpful

I received a pcn back in Aug 23 parked without payment of a parking charge.
At the time I had paid for 1 hours parking while I used the sports centre (via b&d telephone system), for some bizarre reason & although I was charged my car was not registered & I was issued a ticket. I appealed thinking it was open and shut case on the grounds I had paid via telephone system but have been rejected. I now have to appeal to London tribunals. My question is on the letter they sent me they have the times the wrong way around, can this help my case in anyway
