Hello Again,
Looking for some advice on this, unsure if it's the right place.
Back in March, I recieved a PCN, as detailed in the below thread:

Since then, the appeal was rejected, I accepted that I was unlikely to win at tribunal, and paid at the reduced rate.
However, months later now, in October, all of the points I made in my written appeal have now been seemingly considered by the council and rectified. The signage has moved, the non compliant "White on Red" warning signage is now symbolic and standard, and the zone has been expanded to the junction at the end of the road to avoid getting half way down before finding it's too late to turn back. Clearly the council deemed that what was there before was insuffficient.
Do I have any grounds to reopen my case and revoke the original charge?
