Hi guys,

Travelled to Manchester for nightout and found a parking space. However there were 2 yellow parking suspension signs attached to some railings, but I could see there was no information on the signs and serveral others car were parked up, so I assumed the suspension was either over or not enforced yet.
Later that night came back to a ticket on my car and also every other car had a ticket too.

Do I have a case here to appeal?
