Hi all,

Is there anything I can do at this stage to close the matter so the PCN is still on hold?

Hi all,

I recently checked the TfL website regarding the PCN, and it appears that the £80 charge is still outstanding. The most recent update listed is:

22 November 2024 – On Hold: SUS26 - Representation Received
N/A

Is there anything I can do at this stage to close the matter?

The restriction sign shown in picture 2 is located on the streetlight in front of the white van in this GSV: https://maps.app.goo.gl/g7wRbtJDhwtC8WecA

The vehicle if it was in the GSV would have been parked in front of the white van.

Does anyone else have an opinion on this or does it just need to be paid.

PCN No: AF08684590

REG: AV73MLO

I wasn't aware of the restrictions and went to collect a prescription from the pharmacy.

There were only 4 pictures on the council website.

Hello All,

The vehicle was parked in a restricted during prescribed hours. The PCN shows a time from 11:03 to 11:04 but the photographs from the CEO show 11:04:41, 11:04:47, 11:04:58, 11:05:08

Can I appeal this on a technicality?

Private parking tickets / Re: PCN Horizon Parking for ASDA - Failure to Pay
« on: December 10, 2024, 02:20:54 pm »
Asda Customer Service: 0330 053 0111 have the authority to cancel tickets from this operator over the phone. If you call them and this is the first time you have received such a ticket for this location, it is highly likely they will.

Does anyone else have a view on this?

Hi All,

The grounds used for representation were 'not the owner of the vehicle at the time....'

TFL have now responding requesting evidence to prove the hire agreement was terminated before the date of the contravention. Seemingly relying on previous documents.

What should the next step of action be? The boxed ticked was not being the owner, which the company never has been.

ParkingEye rejected the appeal, but the ticket was then cancelled without explanation.

Most likely due to the complaint I made to the Aquatics Centre and LLDC.

Thank you all

Hell All,

I received a parking ticket for not paying for parking. I visited the site yesterday and noticed a sign indicating that parking terms could be found on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park website. However, I have thoroughly searched the site and could not find any relevant terms or conditions. I also called the provided number and learned the company of the telephone number no longer manages this site. There is also another sign from ParkingEye put has different times of operation and a higher rate for non memebers

Do you think this will be accepted in my appeal or should I just draft the standard response to all private parking tickets?

The leasing company has not received the PCN. I will confirm that we are not the registered owners of the vehicle.

Is it possible for the PCN to be reissued to the leasing company? As I know that once they receive it, they will charge us an administration fee when transferring liability.

Aside from the liability aspect, are there any grounds on which we could appeal the PCN?

Thank you
