Private parking tickets / UK Car Park Management - PCN

Hi all,
Have received a PCN in the post for "Vehicle not registered" as the keeper of the vehicle.
It's from a small car park in Milton Keynes, which has some spaces for various businesses. I will check tomorrow, but I'm 99% sure that the particular bay is sign-posted as "Trek store customers only" i.e. the bike store.
I have yet to reply to the letter.
Have attached the letter with full details.
