Statutory Declaration has been accepted, judge on the phone said nowhere does it mention being seen on the road its likely because I didn't sorn it.

Back to the DVLA to start proceedings again.

I still own the bike.

Both my drivers license and the bikes V5 logbook are at the correct address, always have been, They sent the SJP notices to #35 instead of #34. #35 is a derelict house.

I wouldn't use a bike on the road without insurance, the bike had many mechanical issues when purchased and spent 3 months in my garage being worked on.

I insure and MOT bikes when theyre off for MOT,

I do not remember sorning it. But I could have?

Bloody 2 years, I'm going to apply for it to be reheard in court based on me never receiving any of their SJP. What's the chances of them upping the fine because they couldn't find me?

First of all, I do not know if i committed this offence, two years ago next month.

So I received a letter from a magistrates asking me to pay a fine of £322.25 for no reason whatsoever, when i rang them to ask about it they told me it was for driving a vehicle on the road when it was on SORN.

The person also told me they had been sending letters to the wrong address, 4 doors down over the road & that i could appeal.

Also, if the bike didn't have tax, it didn't have insurance or MOT. So will they be next things they'll come at me for?

I can't remember last month, never mind the 15th January 2022.

How do I go about this? I do not know if I am guilty of it or not.
