The only thing he said in his N244 application was that he was having issues submitting his defence due to online access related to 2-factor authentication.

It does relate to 2 PCNs; the total amount of judgment was approximately £843.

My son received a claim form from G24 acknowledged the claim but didn't submit a defence in time so a CCJ was issued. He has completed a N244 to set aside the judgement but also applied for help with fees and is waiting for the application to be processed.

However I have just received a visit from High Court Enforcement Officers. He wasn't home and they wouldn't leave a letter or provide any details.

Any advice what to do now?

They were formal reps against a moving traffic contravention.

This is applies to several PCNs not just one.

I made reps using the councils online portal. I inputted the correct PCN reference and VRM and the portal brings up all PCNs issued to the vehicle and not just the one that I made reps against.

I selected the option to make representations and received an automatic acknowledgment.

I made formal reps against a PCN. However, have now been informed that the reps were made against a different PCN reference. The 2 PCNs are related to different contraventions, dates and times.

The council have said they do not have to consider my formal reps because it wasn't made against the correct PCN.

Is this correct?
