Yes, I was there. I have updated the post with the pictures, same quality as the site. I was previously advised to upload front and back of all correspondence. Has this changed? Haven't used the site in a while. -

Not necessarily. Just looking for general advice in the first instance. Also, the photos are accessible via the information on the NIP, but you would know that. -

I have just received the NIP and would like your advice as to what to do. I have reviewed the online evidence. Thank you for the reply cp and the kind offer to defend me. So basically my defence to the council is correct as written but they have just ignored it. I am happy to defend myself and see how this goes. In the event I get Mr Teper and he declines it, is there any comeback or that's a final decision at that point ? -
