I will have a look today. Although I have been told elsewhere this morning that admitting the offence, giving my driving licence details and paying my form online was not enough.

Apparently I should also have signed the paper copy of the form and posted it, which makes no sense at all as the online part was obviously to streamline and modernise the whole procedure.

Speeding Fine Refunded. Charged Again. I Did Provide Details!

Caught speeding in March this year (43 in a 30). Accepted the charge, paid £100 fine, received 3 points, filled forms in online. Gave all details requested in the form. Got a receipt.

Months later the £100 was refunded into my account and I received a letter saying I did not provide my licence details when asked. I had to fill in another form about the offence.

On this form I again accepted the speeding offence but I stated in the comments section that I did provide my licence details.

I then received a fine totalling over £550 and 4 points, which I had to pay within 28 days.

I paid that.

I have the original receipt from April saying £100 received, with my licence details on the receipt.

The offence was in West Yorkshire. Dealt with in the Bradford Magistrates Court. I do not live in West Yorkshire.

What can I do now? Any advice welcome.
