Wrong Vehicle Registration On Parking Ticket

Hi

Hull city council have attached a ticket to my vehicle however, the registration is wrong.

the details of my car are completely different to what it is, and the registration is also wrong on the ticket. Do i have to pay it?

it was for being parked on double yellows outside of hull royal hospital (with limited parking spaces) a disgrace to be honest as was an emergency.

A wrong VRM cannot be changed so you are lucky.

The one on the PCN is not a live VRM so no one else will get a notice to owner.

You could email the parking dept saying you found PCN number xxxx on your car but it was issued to a different VRM.

Or just do nothing but keep the PCN safe for now.
