What are my chances of winning a PCN appeal due to illness, without proof?

My car was parked near my house in a Brent council resident parking bay for which I have a residents parking permit, but the bay was temporarily suspended while I was unwell. I found a PCN four days after it was issued so challenged it on the grounds of being unaware of the suspension due to illness but, it's been rejected.
Is there any precedent for successfully appealing a PCN through London Tribunals in these circumstances?
Thanks

For meaningful advice please to have a read of
https://www.ftla.uk/civil-penalty-charge-notices-(councils-tfl-and-so-on)/read-this-first-before-posting-your-case!-this-section-is-for-council-tfl-dartme/
and post up here
both sides of the unredacted PCN,
any Council photos,
and
a GSV
link
to the location.,

Were you alone whilst ill ? If not, and somebody was looking after you, they can write a Witness Statement to support your narrative in your representations. Were you off work ? If so, a letter from your employer would also support your reps.

Thanks for your replies. I can't find the ticket and I don't have anyone who can vouch for me being ill so will probably pay up as I don't think I'm likely to win an appeal
