West bound on leahurst road 52m contravention

good evening all,
so this evening i received a PCN for driving westbound on the leahurst road, to the amount of £80.00
i dont feel this is fair as i had no idea i was in violation of any road rules. ive got 28 days to appeal and i would like if any can to do that. can anyone offer any advice?

There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.
