Hello,
Upon turning in Tennyson Rd/Queens Road, I immediately saw the 53C signage and in fact not continued on the road but rather stopped on the left hand side and immediately performed a U-turn. This can be clearly seen in the pictures and videos attached as proof in the council's PCN website. However it seems that this was not enough and I still got the dreaded PCN.
Given that this specific location/contravention has lost on appeal before ([topic=0]http://forums.pepipoo.com/lofiversion/index.php/t138636.html[/topic]), I wanted to hear if you think this specific PCN circumstances warrant any chances on the grounds of contravention not occurring due to not entering.
In case it is worth pursuing, is there a template I can use that is suggested based on the forum huge know-how?
