Any grounds to challenge this, other than this is not what the box was intended for?

I am the orange car turning left from the secondary road, In my case the intersection is wider and the entrance is not covered by the cameras - the cameras are oriented for the main road and the cars turning left as I did have to stop some way before as there's also a bike lane on the pavement. So I wanted to challenge on the basis that the video does not show me entering the intersection (the Volvo changes lane and occupies my spot after I have entered the intersection). However having read the law (it's Schedule 9, Part 7, Paragraph 11 of the TSRGD 2016, right?) it does not prohibit entering the intersection, just the box. I assume I would have been fine stopping before the box and completely blocking the bike lane. Is the yellow box legal? Shouldn't it be marked right to the edge of the intersection on the side road?

I would like to argue that the box should not be used to enforce cars turning left into the main road, as their being in the box does not actually block anyone (the whole point of the box seems to be for the benefit of cars coming from the car park on Stanley Road, as I did - or Lea Bridge Road if cars coming from Stanley Road would turn right and block the sense of traffic shown in the video). But I feel the letter of the law would not help me being written as it is.

WF have rejected my appeal so the next step would be London Tribunals - also curious what the costs awarded could be if people lose at that stage.

The facts:
1. I was turning left from Stanley Road into Lea Bridge Road. At the point where I started the maneuver the exit was clear;
2. A bus in a stop on Lea Bridge Road close to this intersection was partly obscuring my view to the right;
3. A Volvo car overtook the bus, changed lane and occupied the space that was available after the junction box;
4. After giving way to this car, I continued my way and was left in the junction box.

The question here is whether the yellow box applies to me at all (one could say it's there exactly for my benefit, to allow me to turn left or right without being blocked by the continuous stream of cars coming from my right). Also the video does not show the moment I entered the intersection (because you have to stop further down as there is a raised pavement with a bike lane) - cameras are focused on the main road not on the side road I was on.
