No I resolve it myself
Bailiff Advice Online was not very helpful. After reviewing my case, the adviser told me that I had no realistic chance of success. Despite this, I decided to continue the case because I believed I was standing up for my rights.
After discussing my case with her i have the impression that she was on their side than mine
