So, around this time last year I received 2 ULEZ fines which I have appealed multiple times. This is from a car that was in my name … stupid I know (I don’t even have a driving licence). After many failed appeals they have sent me a letter from the enforcement agent company saying that I now have to pay £355 for each otherwise I’m going to have baliffs coming?!
Please tell me there is something I can do??

READ THIS FIRST - **BEFORE POSTING YOUR CASE!**

It sounds like you have received one or more Notices of Enforcement from a bailiff. Please post up the Notices, only redact your name and address. Please leave everything else visible.

Unfortunately I seam to have misplaced the letters. They were from a company called CDER they stated that I had to pay £355 each by a certain date otherwise enforcement action will be taken. I have only received one. I have taken out breathing space which will run out on the 1st march.

Well, sorry, but without some hard information, we are unable to help. We need stuff like PCNs, details of the appeals and rejections, etc etc.

if you dont have a licence  who was driving? have you approached them for a resolution?   
unlike (most) private parking charges, you the RK are liable.
