TFL Box penalty PCN Kew road Chiswick H/Rd

I have appealed the attached TFL box penalty PCN simply asking for video before deciding next action. The still pictures provided show the vehicle stopped for 3 seconds what do we think?

The video is the evidence. Did you phone and ask them to place the PCN on hold while they sent out the video?

I dont try phoning these fellas anymore as its all recorded info lines now, but its on hold already. lets see if they have a video to produce, only 3 seconds! I dont suppose there is any minimum period to be stopped.

So what if the call is recorded?

I'm not sure you got the upper hand here:

Next time just phone and order the video as advised rather than wasting your time.
