I don’t have my exact Inital representation however I wrote that I parked in front of my own drive. Provided them evidence of my v5 and my parking permit as evidence of living there.

This is pretty much it I think - wait and see if anyone has other things.
One point I think is that this is not a car garage but a storage unit?
----------------------------
I am repeating that the contravention did not occur as I was parked adjacent to the dropped footway outside my own garage.
You acknowledge this in your rejection of my informal challenge, but say it is still a contravention.
I must therefore point out that the Traffic Management Act 2004 provides for exceptions in section 86 - Prohibition of parking at dropped footways etc. and the relevant exception reads:
The second exception is where the vehicle is parked outside residential premises by or with the consent (but not consent given for reward) of the occupier of the premises.
I trust this is clear and look forward to the speedy cancellation of the PCN.

Thank you, it’s too small for modern day cars that’s all I can say. Used to fit my older cars back in the days

Up here they don't enforce private access dropped kerbs unless the property owner requests it. And if a dropped kerb is enforced, it's enforced for everyone, no exceptions for the home owner or guests of the home owner.

The yellow line argument is nonsense as that's nothing to do with the contravention.
But they now say it's a shared dropped footway but as you have permission for both yours and in-laws I can't see they can win this although they say such permission can't be given. They also did not raise this in the initial rejection.
Also it's not really a shared drive-in - just dropped footway past two units, which aren't even garages.
See what others say.
