There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.

@josephalabi make another representation, exactly the same as the previous one. There's no reason why you'd ever want to pay a London bus lane PCN, especially with a council like Greenwich.

Exactly. We have 100% success rate against this council: 2 DNCed a couple of years ago and 2 which went the full distance. They failed to attend and costs were awarded in one. If I get involved, I suggest you name as late as possible for strategic reasons!
