Please post the original PCN and your rep here. Also repost the rejection as the above is too small to read.
Have a read of
https://www.ftla.uk/civil-penalty-charge-notices-(councils-tfl-and-so-on)/read-this-first-before-posting-your-case!-this-section-is-for-council-tfl-dartme/

If you use https://imgbb.com/ and upload each image one by one, you can scroll down and use the BBCodes for each to embed in your post

The reason for transferring the info across from PPP is that this case is likely to drag on past the possible shut down on 1st November.

TfL are probably (still can't read it) up to their usual tricks in these cases of saying they do not agree with the panel decision, which means appealing to the Tribunal, the tribunal cancelling, and your getting a letter from TfL advising of their application for judicial review.

But please try and upload larger images of the rejection to https://imgbb.com/

Hi John,

Thanks for the quick reply.

Did the images not upload above as I followed your instructions on imgbb?

You gave a link to each image but did not use the BBCodes.

Each link leads to the image but using the enlarge button does not take it much larger.
Scrolling down past the image leads to a selection of codes.

selecting and copying the BBCode here should produce the image in this post,
so I have deleted the earlier bbcode, tried to resize you image and edit out your name & address but think you need to resize your saved images in your computer

Here's page 2

But the image is from the same small one which you uploaded, and so (I'm not that computer savvy) I think you need to upload a larger one. Anyway, you should redact your name and address before reposting.

my reply was more or less this but i put it more in my own words :

Dear Transport for London,

I challenge liability on the basis of a procedural impropriety, specifically it is unlawful for you to serve a postal PCN in these circumstances. I refer you to the red route panel decision in Commercial Plant Services Ltd & others v Transport for London (2230060716, 25 May 2023) published at www.londontribunals.gov.uk/sites/default/files/keycases/Red%20Route%20Panel%20Decision.pdf

It follows that the PCN must be cancelled.

Yours faithfully,

I noticed someone quoted that TFL need traffic to be kept moving bt where I parked is a parking bay and will never be a lane for driving along ....
I always park there, thought you could at any time on weekends, didnt realise it includes saturdays!

I've edited page 1 of your rejection (see above) so you can delete your images with name and address.
I'll try and do page2 for you.
EDIT
Done, but not very good :(
There should be more pages to the rejection.

On your posts at the top r-h corner you will find a button marked 'Modify': hit this and you'll find your post can be edited. Just delete the images. You may have to write a word like 'deleted' if the box doesn't like being left empty.
By the way, what was the vietnamese link all about? -I didn't click on it.

I have removed the documents where you left your postal address visible.

To be honest with these red route box cases, you can appeal yourself and just put "I rely on the panel decision in Commercial Plant Services Ltd and others v Transport for London (2230060716, 25 May 2023)".

Don't send the form in the post, scan or photograph it and then email it to queries@londontribunals.org.uk

That way you get an instant acknowledgment and there's no delays or risks of paperwork being lost in the post. On this point, in section 7 tick the box saying you'll accept communications by email.

The tribunal will allow the appeal and then you'll get an email saying TFL have applied for a review which is on hold pending the judicial review in the High Court (which is wholly outside of your control, but we have a team of people working on it).
I practice law in the Traffic Penalty Tribunal, London Tribunals, the First-tier tribunal for Scotland, and the Traffic Penalty Tribunal for Northern Ireland, but I am not a solicitor nor a barrister. Notwithstanding this, I voluntarily apply the cab rank rule. I am a member of the Society of Professional McKenzie Friends, my membership number is FM193.

why the email communication?

is it ok to pick a postal hearing?

apologies for delay, mother in hospital ....
