I received a PCN today for my vehicle a Citroen Spacetourer LV68 FMC. The notice states I crossed the Dartford Crossing for the first time at 20.22 on the 2nd of March 2025 and have failed to pay the toll fee. Except I was at home, with my vehicle, all weekend that weekend.. Happily I have evidence of the car on my drive from a security camera at almost exactly the time they claim it was crossing at Dartford. PCN and screenshots of my parked car below.
Either the ANPR has made a mistake or someone has cloned my number plate. Certainly the very small and dark image that they provide on the PCN doesn't look like my car, nor is it possible to read the number plate.
The representation options do not cater for this situation. How can I go about challenging the fine, please?
