Hi got this pcn letter in the post today. I was led down this road by the satnav. Is there any way to appeal this or should I pay the £80 and move on with my life?

This notice they sent me has missing words at the bottom left side on the first page.

These are the only options it shows me to appeal

Oh dear, yet another "satnav-assisted PCN". We see a lot of these, I'm afraid, and people seem to obey the satnav lady like automatons.

This location has appeared on this forum a few times over the years, and even on the old Pepipoo forum.

Their video shows you ziping past the restriction sign at a good rate of knots as if you didn't even notice them. So presumably you also missed this sign as well on approach: -

and this one: -

then when you're almost at the sign, Croydon Council have removed any chance of turning round by making the road on the left, No Entry !!

It is absolutely fatal to rely on satnavs in London because they are never up-to-date, although this restriction has been there for quite some years now, so should have been on yours if you did regular updates.

Frankly, if you want to fight the PCN, you'd have to take them to London Tribunals and risk the full PCN penalty, because they won't give way, they want your money too much.
