There is something else.
If you look at the PCN details on the TfL website, you will find a tab that says 'PCN history' or similar.
That opens a page of all the actions taken by them and can be very useful

Yes thanks Neil, it says "Status history", and I've had a look at that, basically tells me how they've reacted to the PCN since it was issued. I wish they'd sent out a letter in addition to their 'Notification email', then I would've received it and paid them instead of this pallava I'm having to go thru now!...(sigh)

Been checking PCN on the website everyday lol... still no increase by £10 to £250, wondering how long this process normally takes. Any idea? Is it around 28 days?

They have no deadline, but cannot begin to collect the debt until they do it, so hopefully not too long.
